The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.

1. Change Rules, Policies, and Procedures to increase board spending limit from $100 to $500 per article and from $250 to $1000 per meeting.
2. Change constitution’s Article III-Members and Article IV-Officers sections to enable associate members to hold all officer positions.
1:00 Personal observations and visions of club, create a shared vision
1. Share observations of what the club is, what we do well, and what we do poorly (include attracting/retaining members)
2. Answer whether the club is still relevant and why
3. Share visions of what we’d individually like club to be and reach a shared vision
2:30 Strategic Discussions – Goal is to reach a consensus of next actions to take to support shared vision
1. Consider whether and what changes should be made to the board/related volunteer positions to support above vision(s). Given Club Express and AI tools, perhaps some positions should be ended or merged with other positions. If those present agree to consider changing board/volunteer position structure, create a working group to create proposed changes
2. Ideas to improve the general meeting for attendees (maybe a working group to propose or handle in one or more board meetings)
3. Ideas to increase turnover in board/volunteer positions (i.e., get new blood on board)
4:00 Continue socializing until Oliver says it‘s time for us to leave.
