Most of us are familiar with the routine of prepping a new dive mask (lighters and toothpaste), and the pre-dive mask prep (baby shampoo or spit). But what if there is another way to ensure you see clearly underwater?
Fog-X is a film you stick to the inside of your dive mask. Just wet it a little before a dive, and your mask stays fog free.

Initially I was a skeptic of this type of product, which seems to be a solution to a problem that has already been solved. However a similar film came packaged with a Tusa mask that I bought, so I tried it out. No scrubbing with toothpaste or burning with a flame, and no endless mask flooding for those times I forget to apply defogger before a dive. I liked the simplicity enough that I actually ended up buying a replacement film when some sand and grit got under the sticker through my own fault (a Bone Award worthy incident), and am glad there is an alternative.
